I am deeply saddened to find out today about bobs passing. I only knew Bob for a short time ,however, he was a very kind and caring man who will be greatly miss. My thoughts are with his family.

I only recently learned of this very sad news having briefly spoken with bob, by telephone, just a few weeks previously. Bob and I served together in the ACF in the 1970's and remained in touch. I am grateful for his guidance, support and kindness then and subsequent lasting friendship. Goodbye Major Stoddard.
